MARK LANE
A high-quality office building in the City of London, designed with sensitivity to its surrounding context. The stepped profile of the floor plates responds to the varying scales of the site, while remaining considerate of the Heritage Area to the south. The sloping, operable glass louvre roof creates expansive atria across three levels. Sustainable features, including rainwater harvesting and solar hot water systems, contribute to the building’s BREEAM Excellent rating.
