The workshop hall, built from a precast concrete and steel structure, serves as a facility for the production and maintenance of power plant valves for Artes Valves in Velten, near Berlin.

The 900 m² hall is equipped with a 4-ton overhead crane and testing pit, with provision for a future 750 m² eastern extension along Parkallee.

On the south side, a two-story masonry office building houses 13 offices, a meeting room, an archive, and facilities for 20 administrative staff. The supervisor’s office overlooks the workshop, providing a direct visual connection.

Adjacent, a single-story amenities block includes sleeping rooms for six technicians, changing rooms, showers, a first-aid room, and a social area with a kitchenette for 16 workshop staff, all directly accessible from the hall.

The design emphasizes functional connectivity between production, supervision, and staff facilities, while allowing flexibility for future expansion.
